Our villas on the Hamlets have been designed and furnished with luxury and 'WOW' factor in mind.  These are not just other rental villas, we spent years finding the perfect location and endless hours designing the villas. 

Over 15 years of renting villas for our own holidays in Florida has given us the experience to make sure that the villas have everything you will possibly need to enjoy a luxury holiday.

Each villa commands an area of just under 3600 square feet which hosts a fabulous pool area of over 1100 square feet.

The villas have two lounges, one with a 32" TV and DVD player whilst the other has been designed as a quiet 'chill' area.

We believe that luxury extends to when you are asleep, so one of our five bedrooms has been furnished with a Kingsize bed (UK superking) two with Queen beds (UK Kingsize) and two twins.  All bedrooms have TVs/DVD players and for extra comfort ceiling paddle fans.

The kingsize bedrooms have their own bathrooms.  In all there are two bathrooms upstairs and a bathroom and toilet downstairs.

If your family is anything like mine, keeping the kids happy has a direct influence on the peace and tranquility of your holiday.  So with this in mind we have included a games room.

We haven't forgot the babies and tots either, we have provided a cot, highchairs and baby monitoring equipment.   A safety fence separates the pool from the villa.
